The basic premise of the game is to be handed cards adding up to 21. Every gambler is handed 2 cards. When a blackjack player is dealt a 9 or lower value card and an Ace they have been given a soft hand. When the black jack player is dealt no Ace it is called as a hard hand. Doubling Down: A gambler may request to double down which increases the bet by one hundred percent they have placed. As soon as you’ve taken this action you can only receive one additional card.
