I have wagered on countless of rounds of twenty-one. I started working my way into the gambling dens when I was 16. I have wagered on online 21, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. With all that said I have still spent all kinds of cash at vingt-et-un. The casinos have made it nearly impossible to beat the house.
I still like the game and gamble on a frequent basis. Over the years I have played a type of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get loaded with this tactic or beat the house, nonetheless you will experience a lot of fun. This method is centered on the idea that 21 appears to be a game of runs. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you’re not you are NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy twenty-one. When I do not win I wager the table minimum on the next hand. If I do not win again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. As soon as I profit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the original wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the wager back down to the original bet.
I am very disciplined and do not back out. It gets very enjoyable on occasion. If you win a few hands in series your bets go up very quick. Before you know it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had awesome runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Venetian a few years back with $750 after 35 mins using this technique! And a couple of days ago in Las Vegas I left a game with $1200!
You need to comprehend that you can give up a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be surprised at the runs you notice playing this way. Below is a chart of what you would bet if you continue winning at a $5 table.
Wager $5
Take 5 dollar paid to you, leave the initial $5 bet
Wager 5 dollar
Leave $5 paid-out to you for a total wager of 10 dollar
Bet 10 dollar
Take $10 paid to you, leave the initial ten dollar bet
Bet 10 dollar
Leave ten dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $20
Wager twenty dollar
Take twenty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first twenty dollar bet
Wager 20 dollar
Leave $20 paid to you for a total wager of 40 dollar
Wager 40 dollar
Take forty dollar paid to you, leave the initial forty dollar bet
Wager forty dollar
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total bet of eighty dollar
Wager eighty dollar
Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $80 wager
Wager eighty dollar
Leave $80 paid-out to you for a total wager of 160 dollar
Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take 160 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial one hundred and 60 dollar bet
If you left at this point you would be up 315 dollar !!
It’s herculean to go on a run this long, but it can happen. And when it does you can’t deviate and drop your bet or the final result won’t be the same.
